A lifelong Kansan, Joshua developed a love for the law while covering local government for metropolitan news publications. After graduating from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, Joshua moved on to the University of Kansas School of Law.
Throughout his time at KU Law, Joshua interned for the Missouri State Public Defender, where he assisted on cases ranging from juvenile offenses to first degree murder charges.
Following his graduation from KU Law, Joshua briefly interned for the Douglas County District Court before moving to Southwest Kansas to work as an assistant county prosecutor.
In the spirit of the attorneys who mentored Joshua at the Missouri State Public Defender, he approaches his criminal defense practice as a zealous advocate with the dogged determination necessary to achieve the best possible results for his clients.
